Fatal Error on Joomla 1.6 1 Year, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Someone from the university template developer, i may need some help from you.

i install the template on joomla 1.6, the instalation is working but after I view the site, and this is happen

Fatal error: Call to a member function getTemplate() on a non-object in /home/k8899217/public_html/templates/university-press/index.php on line 18

please help me...

Hi dhiean,

The template is only for Joomla 1.5 and has not yet been re-coded for Joomla 1.6, I expect there should be only a few things to change to get it to work, check the getTemplate function and look for the 1.6 tag.

I will be releasing a 1.6 version soon, as the University Press template seems to have been quite popular.
